INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unstick the outer elastic straps of the belt.
2. Place the belt around your hips. (about 2-3 inches below your waist) Pull the main straps forward.
3. Close the main straps around you to a firm position.
4. Pull the outer elastic straps forward. Secure the left elastic strap & then the right to get a tight, yet comfortable fit.
• Can be worn under or over clothing during the day or while sleeping. • Hand wash cold and air dry. • You may need to adjust the placement of the belt or the tightness if you find it does not stay where you first place it. It is okay to overlap the straps.
